Deer Meadows Ranch offers multiple lodging options. The Lodge contains 2 bedrooms to sleep up to 4 individuals that may be arranged. Additionally, the Foxtail house, an on-site 6 bedroom home rental, may also be available.

Executive Retreat Package
$6,000 Full-Day Rental | 12-14 Hours (8:00 AM - 10:00 PM)
Perfect for: leadership teams, board meetings, strategic planning days, or intimate off-sites.
The Executive Retreat Package provides full-day access to the lodge from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Your group will enjoy exclusive use of the main lodge event space, a dedicated conference room for focused discussion, and two upstairs flex rooms for breakout sessions or private meetings. The heated covered patio and the outdoor riverside lounge offer relaxed environments for collaboration or downtime throughout the day.
This package includes all tables needed for your setup, high-speed WiFi, large-format TVs, built-in surround sound, and access to our on-site coordinator to support logistics. A morning coffee-and-pastry spread is provided, along with an afternoon refreshment break. Lunch can be served buffet-style or plated through Deer Meadows Catering, with customizable menus. Optional enhancements include poolside relaxation hours, sauna sessions, or a private networking gathering in the airplane hangar.

Perfect for: creative workshops, professional development sessions, hands-on trainings, and mid-sized team gatherings.
This half-day package offers a blend of indoor comfort and outdoor inspiration. Guests can utilize the main event floor, one flex room for breakout activities, and our expansive outdoor spaces, including meadows, riverside areas, and trails around the property. Basic AV, WiFi, and standard tables are included.
Your group will enjoy a buffet lunch and beverage station, and our event coordinator will be available to assist with check-in, setup, and session transitions. Companies can also enhance their experience with guided nature breaks, structured team-building challenges, or outdoor lounge setups to create a more social, relaxed atmosphere.

Networking & Corporate Reception Package
$4,000 Part Day Rental | 5:00-10:00 pm
Perfect for: evening receptions, company milestone celebrations, client appreciation events, and product launches.
The Networking & Reception Package grants evening access to the lodge from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The main lodge, covered porch, and outdoor lounge areas create the perfect flow for mingling, presentations, and casual conversation. The indoor sound system and TV monitors can be used for company messages, video reels, or announcements.
This package includes a reception-style setup with high-top tables and buffet or hors d’oeuvres service from Deer Meadows Catering. Licensed bar services may be brought in separately. For companies seeking a memorable highlight, an optional after-hours gathering in the private airplane hangar can extend the event in a unique and unforgettable setting.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible while also protecting your reserved date.
Non-Refundable Deposit:
A deposit is required to secure your booking date.
Cancellation Terms:
90+ Days Before Event: Full refund, minus the deposit.
60–89 Days Before Event: 50% refund, minus the deposit.
30–59 Days Before Event: 25% refund, minus the deposit.
Less Than 30 Days Before Event: No refund will be issued.
Rescheduling Policy:
Clients may reschedule their event one time at no additional charge within 12 months of the original event date.
Force Majeure:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond anyone’s control, clients may choose to receive a full refund or to reschedule their event.
